Delivery and returns
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Here is what you need to know:
Returns: You may return items up to 28 days after dispatch, provided they are in marketable condition. To initiate a return, fill out the contact form provided with your parcel and send the items back with all necessary paperwork. The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
How to Return Items: To return part or all of your order, please complete the contact form sent with your order.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned items, provided they meet the return criteria. Returns should be sent to:

Enjoy Free Standard Delivery on all orders to EU destinations!
All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Poland. If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on weekdays, we aim to ship it out the same day.
During peak periods and holiday seasons, please allow for additional processing time, as it may take up to 2-3 business days to prepare your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link for tracking. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during business hours and will require a signature upon receipt.
